Jonathon Lease Corporate Trainer

Jonathon is currently studying Marketing Science and Accounting at Averett University. Before joining Merivance Inc., he sharpened his work ethic and customer-focused mindset at Arby’s. A former college athlete, Jonathon played two years of football and also has musical talent, with the ability to play the trumpet.

When building his team, Jonathon looks for individuals who bring enthusiasm, confidence, and a strong desire to grow—qualities he believes drive a winning culture.

Salman Shahab Corporate Trainer

Salman holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Marshall University in West Virginia. Prior to his current role, he worked in real estate research, where he developed strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Fluent in three languages, Salman enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and fostering meaningful relationships.
